This is a Niagara particle effect with 4 emitters. 1 containing a fireball flipbook scaling at 2 speeds, 1 heat distortion, 1 scorch decal placed on impact, and a burst that fans out when a surface is hit.
\
It has become a player favorite weapon and it makes me smile to see it in game. It is not the most powerful weapon, but it can set an advancing hoard on fire and is excellent at clearing away the piles of bug bodies left behind between swarms
